    ginger root, pealed and sliced thin

    canning jar qt, pint or half pint depending on if you are doing as gifts

How to Make Honey Ginger Tea Gift in a jar

Step-by-Step

  1. For each cup honey add 6-8 thin slices ginger root, mix together and put in a glass jar. Allow to sit for a week or two before serving to blend flavors and allow the ginger to leak into the honey.
