I researched elements that are beneficial to balancing blood pressure and this is the result. Including this tea to most of my daily rituals has helped me keep stabilized. I usually add the toasted coconut chips just because I like the added flavor. A bit of dried pineapple is really good for flavor also. I find all the ingredients I need at Natures Market or Whole Foods.

Ingredients

  • - hibiscus
  • - hawthorn berries
  • - ginger
  • - cardamom pods
  • - dandelion root
  • - (optional) toasted coconut chips, for flavor

How To Make herbal tea for a healthy me

  • Step 1
    Mix all elements according to taste.
  • Step 2
    Grind in a coffee grinder or with a mortar & pestle.
  • Step 3
    Store in a tea container.
  • Step 4
    Use about ½ tablespoon per cup to brew.
