I researched elements that are beneficial to balancing blood pressure and this is the result. Including this tea to most of my daily rituals has helped me keep stabilized. I usually add the toasted coconut chips just because I like the added flavor. A bit of dried pineapple is really good for flavor also. I find all the ingredients I need at Natures Market or Whole Foods.
