- 1 large very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen)
- 2 - pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Step 1Purée 1 very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen), 2 pitted Medjool dates, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 3/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds in a blender until smooth.
