I was introduce to this drink about 3 year ago. I was having trouble with my skin. I friend asked if I ever heard of probiotics. He then introduced me to " what he called" the ULTIMATE PROBIOTIC. Needless to say, everything cleared, and a lot of other problem got better. Store bought Kefir is good, but filled with sugar and preservatives. Did I mention "IT CURVES THE APPETITE". After purchasing my own grains off the Internet, I wanted to share the recipe with you. Hope you enjoy!

Fill jars with your Whole Organic Milk, leaving room at top for expantion of fermenting gases.
  3. Gently lay lids of jar on top ( DO NOT tighten lid on jar ) fementing gases most be able to escape.
  4. Leave in dark, warm area for 24-48 hours. For first batch 48 hours "may" be best.

  9. Note: FYI Grains will grow the more you nourish them with good Whole Organic Milk. You may feel as though they are taking over. DO NOT TRASH THEM ! To slow down the prodution of your grains (or) to keep them heathy, (Place in jar and cover with milk. Place in refrigerator until ready to use or share.
