Had this for lunch today. It takes some time to make but OMG it was soooo delish. Can't wait to make it again. This will be a summertime favorite for sure.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup grapes, fresh black seedless
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk, skim

How To Make banana berry smoothie

  • Step 1
    The day before: peel, cut in half & freeze banana. In a medium bowl put rest of fruit, splenda and water.
  • Step 2
    Stir well, dissolve splenda and coat fruit. Cover & refrigerate 12-24 hours.
  • Step 3
    Next day take very cold fruit and juice & put into blender. Pulse until mixed.
  • Step 4
    Add 1/2 of banana & pulse again. Add last 1/2 banana and pulse until mixed.
  • Step 5
    Contents should now be very thick.
  • Step 6
    Finally add milk and blend slightly. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
