banana berry smoothie
Had this for lunch today. It takes some time to make but OMG it was soooo delish. Can't wait to make it again. This will be a summertime favorite for sure.

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup grapes, fresh black seedless
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk, skim
How To Make banana berry smoothie

Step 1The day before: peel, cut in half & freeze banana. In a medium bowl put rest of fruit, splenda and water.

Step 2Stir well, dissolve splenda and coat fruit. Cover & refrigerate 12-24 hours.

Step 3Next day take very cold fruit and juice & put into blender. Pulse until mixed.

Step 4Add 1/2 of banana & pulse again. Add last 1/2 banana and pulse until mixed.

Step 5Contents should now be very thick.

Step 6Finally add milk and blend slightly. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
