Had this for lunch today. It takes some time to make but OMG it was soooo delish. Can't wait to make it again. This will be a summertime favorite for sure.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    strawberries
  • 1/4 c
    grapes, fresh black seedless
  • 1/4 c
    blueberries, fresh
  • 1 large
    banana, frozen
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    milk, skim

How to Make Banana Berry Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. The day before: peel, cut in half & freeze banana. In a medium bowl put rest of fruit, splenda and water.
  2. Stir well, dissolve splenda and coat fruit.
    Cover & refrigerate 12-24 hours.
  3. Next day take very cold fruit and juice & put into blender. Pulse until mixed.
  4. Add 1/2 of banana & pulse again. Add last 1/2 banana and pulse until mixed.
  5. Contents should now be very thick.
  6. Finally add milk and blend slightly.
    Drink immediately. Enjoy!
