This is my two favorite things, cream cheese and fruit, So naturally I would like this recipe.I love this made with blackberries or rasberries but any fruit will make it delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    margarine, melted
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3 1/2 c
    whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 pt
    berries, fresh, any kind
  • 2 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c
    cold milk

How to Make Cream Cheese Pudding Fruit Dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and margarine. Press into 13x9 pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit in even layer. Prepare pudding; Pour over the fruit. Chill several hours or over night. Shortly before serving; spread rest of whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional fruit. Chill.
