no fail pumpkin pie
This is a great recipe. You don't have to add a bunch of sugar with the condensed milk. Light not to sweet but sweet enough custard like pie. If ya like it a little sweeter you can add 1/5 c of brown sugar. Thanksgiving must.

Ingredients
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1 can sweentend condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 1/5 cup brown sugar. optional
How To Make no fail pumpkin pie

Step 1Whisk eggs

Step 2Add condensed milk and whisk well

Step 3Add cinnamon clove ginger nutmeg and mix well ( if adding brown sugar do it now)

Step 4Add pumpkin and mix well

Step 5Pour into crust and bake in preheated 450° oven for 15 minutes

Step 6Turn oven down to 350 ° and continue to bake 30 - 40 minutes or until crust is browned and pie is almost set.

Step 7Serve warm or cold with whip cream
