  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 16 oz
    cool whip
  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 3
    very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 c
    coconut, flaked

How to Make Trish's Snowball Salad


  1. Mix in the order listed. Pour into a dish and freeze overnight.
  2. Thaw about 20 minutes before serving.
