No Guilt Apple Crisp
5 cfresh apples peeled and sliced
2 Tbspsugar substitute (i used splenda)
1 tsplemon juice
1/2 tspapple pie spice
1/2 crolled oats
1/4 tspapple pie spice
1/4 csugar substitute (i used splenda)
3 Tbspbutter, softened
How to Make No Guilt Apple Crisp
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, sugar substitute, lemon, apple pie spice. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.
- In medium bowl, add rolled oats, sugar substitute, apple pie spice, and butter. Mix together with fork until mixture resembles a coarse meal. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve with light whipped topping, if desired.
