Ingredients

115.25 oz pkg german chocolate cake mix

1/2 cplus 1 tbsp egg beaters

1/2 ccanola or vegetable oil

2 Tbspblueberry jam, heated

1-1/2 cfresh blueberries
How to Make Chocolate-berry loaf
- Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 2- 4" x 8" loaf pans w/ cooking spray.
- In bowl, beat first 4 ingredients and 1-1/4 cups water w/ mixer on low, for 30 seconds. Increase speed to med-high, beat 2 mins. Divide batter evenly between pans. Top w/ berries.
- Bake 35 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cakes cool. Remove cakes from pan. I garnish w/ more berries.
