This is my go to meringue for pies or etc.Really pretty on top of a pie.

    egg whites
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    cream of tartar

How To Make meringue

    Add all to medium bowl and use mixer to beat until stiff peaks appear.It does take a while.

    Pour this over any pie or banana pudding and use broiler in oven,just until lightly browned.Watch so it does not burn.
