Ingredients
- 3 large egg whites
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
How To Make meringue

Step 1Add all to medium bowl and use mixer to beat until stiff peaks appear.It does take a while.

Step 2Pour this over any pie or banana pudding and use broiler in oven,just until lightly browned.Watch so it does not burn.
