Ingredients
- YOU'LL NEED A HIGH POWERED BLENDER OR A FOOD PROCESSOR
- 1 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup raw unsweetened coconut dried (flakes)
- 1/2 bag pistachio nuts lightly crushed
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts lightly crushed
How To Make ii cherry coconut slice

Step 1Place first 4 ingredients almond meal, dried cherries, and coconut in blender or food processor and blend well (it should look like wet sand )

Step 2By hand mix in Crushed nuts (macadamia nut, pistachio)

Step 3In loaf pan, pour all ingredients in pan, press mixture down as tightly as possible. Refrigerate overnight. Slice and enjoy
