Ingredients
- 1/3 cup bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons stevia
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup raisins
How To Make pumpkin oatmeal and raisin cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Add the bisquick, oats, stevia, and spices to a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine. Add the pumpkin, almond milk, and vanilla. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Fold in the raisins.

Step 3Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and put on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
