1Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2Add the bisquick, oats, stevia, and spices to a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the pumpkin, almond milk, and vanilla. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Fold in the raisins.
3Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and put on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
