Cutting the fat can be tough if you like baked goods. This recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth,and cut the fat. 2 grams of fat and 75 calories per cookie.
12 Carbohydrates per cookie. They are lighter in flavor than the average Chocolate chip cookie,but very tasty as well. Enjoy with a nice cup of coffee or tea.

all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
packed light brown sugar
1/4 c
butter softened
2 Tbsp
butter milk,or skim milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
3
egg whites
3/4
cup chocolate chips
1/2 c
walnuts optional ( fat will be higher if using,but healthy fat)

How to Make Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1heat oven to 375 degree's. Line a pan with parchment paper,or use cooking spray.
  • 2In a bowl combine the flour,salt,and baking soda,and
    Set aside.
  • 3In a large bowl mix the sugar,brown sugar together. Add the softened butter and combine well. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
  • 4Add the the egg whites and mix with a electric mixer until smooth. Add the flour mixture a little at a time. Stir well with spoon.
  • 5Add the chocolate chips,and walnuts if desired. Combine well. Drop by Tablespoons on to sheet pan.
  • 6Bake at 375 degree's for 10 minutes,or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack,and cool. Enjoy
