Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoons butter milk,or skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - egg whites
- 3/4 - cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts optional ( fat will be higher if using,but healthy fat)
How To Make low fat chocolate chip cookies

Step 1heat oven to 375 degree's. Line a pan with parchment paper,or use cooking spray.

Step 2In a bowl combine the flour,salt,and baking soda,and Set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl mix the sugar,brown sugar together. Add the softened butter and combine well. Stir in the milk and vanilla.

Step 4Add the the egg whites and mix with a electric mixer until smooth. Add the flour mixture a little at a time. Stir well with spoon.

Step 5Add the chocolate chips,and walnuts if desired. Combine well. Drop by Tablespoons on to sheet pan.

Step 6Bake at 375 degree's for 10 minutes,or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack,and cool. Enjoy
