marshmallow fudge
I made this fudge for the family I have been a nanny for 7 years. The oldest little girl is allergic to nuts so I have made this recipe so she can enjoy the treats too. Her 2 brothers can eat anything and they do , believe me...this is so quick and easy you can make several different versions using this recipe. Just use the sweetened condensed milk, your choice of chocolate and any combination of add-ins ( 2 or 3 cups).

Makes a 9x13-inch pan full
Ingredients
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk-not evaporated milk
- 12 ounces bag of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups mini pastel marshmallows
How To Make marshmallow fudge
-
Step 1Line a 9x13-inch cake dish with no-stick foil-no need to grease or spray.Set aside. Add the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat along with the chocolate chips. Stir to melt. Mixture will be thick. Add the vanilla and the margarine..stir until the margarine is melted and blended into the fudge.
-
Step 2Remove from heat and quickly stir in the mini marshmallows so they do not melt. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill for 4 hours or Chill overnight. Enjoy!
-
Step 3NOTE: I usually remove foil and cut fudge with my pizza cutter, rinsing between cutting if necessary. Works like a charm.
