Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 - egg,or 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 9-12 - walnut halves if desired
How To Make low fat chocolate fudge brownies

Step 1heat oven to 350 degree's Spray an 8x8 pan with vegetable oil spray

Step 2Beat the butter,sugar,egg,apple sauce,and vanilla together. Slowly add the cocoa and flour a little at a time. Beat on low speed until mixed well.

Step 3Pour in to prepared pan,Add one walnut per brownie on top of batter. Push in slightly, if desired. Bake about 25 minutes,or until pick comes out moist but not wet.

Step 4Note: cut in to 9 equal pieces at 4 grams of fat each,or cut in to 18 pieces for 2 grams of fat each
