This is one of my all time favorite cookies. This is really a refreshing cookie.

yield Makes 3 dozen

Ingredients

1 - pouch sugar cookie mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup lemon butter
2 - eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
LEMON BUTTER:
1 cup 2 sticks butter equel 1 cup
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
LEMON ICEING:
1 cup powdered sugar
10 to 11 - drops lemon juice

How To Make triple lemon cookies with frosting by eddie

Step 1

LEMON BUTTER: Mix softened butter with 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice. Put in a bowl and chill overnight.

Step 2

LEMON ICING: Put powdered sugar in a bowl add lemon juice drop by drop until it makes icing. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
Step 3

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4

In a large bowl mix cookie mix, flour, pudding mix stir in soft lemon butter and eggs. mix well until dough forms.
Step 5

Drop dough 1 tablespoon full 2 inches apart. Press with fingers to flatten.
Step 6

Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges turn light brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet, remove to wire rack cool completely.
