Learned this one years ago from the lunch lady at school 1970s So easy so good. They are a bit moist. Simplicity at its best

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup suagr
1 egg

How To Make best ever peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Preaheat oven 350°

Step 2

Mix all ingredients You can use creamy or chunky if you like a bit of nuts in the cookie
Step 3

1 tsp an inch apart they will spread a little
Step 4

Bake 5 minutes or until edges are browned Remove from oven and lightly mash with fork in a criss cross. Let cool and eat
