No Australian children's party is complete without these caramel-y and crunchy corn flake morsels. You can add peanuts if you have them handy. If you have gluten issues, please make sure your corn flakes are gluten free.

Ingredients

- 85 g (3 oz) butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tb honey
- 4 cups corn flakes

How To Make aussie honey joys - corn flake cookies

Step 1

Pre-heat your oven to 150oC/300oF and line 2 x 12 patty case trays with paper cases.

Step 2

Melt the butter, sugar and honey (I use the microwave). Add the cornflakes and mix well.
Step 3

Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely and serve when cold. Best made the day of serving.
