Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, cold
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 3 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make verna's tea cakes

Step 1Cream the butter and sugar by beating together.

Step 2Add the flour a little at a time and then the eggs that are slightly beaten.

Step 3Mix in the flavoring and the cinnamon and drop by teaspoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
