I didn't have chocolate, just cocoa, but I wanted something brownie-like. I'm sensitive to gluten and greasy substances, so I left them out. These were surprisingly fudgy yet tender!

  • 4 large
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    flavored extract, vanilla or mint

How to Make Flourless Cocoa Brownies


  1. Beat eggs until fluffy and light yellow
  2. Add both sugars, then remaining ingredients. The batter will be thick
  3. Spread in a lightly-greased pan. For thick brownies, use a 9x9, but for about 1/2-3/4" thick brownies, use a 9x13
  4. Bake at 300*F for 35-45 minutes
