Ingredients

  • 2 large egg whites, unbeaten
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup rolling boiling water

How To Make beat 'n eat frosting

  • Step 1
    In you small mixer bowl combine all ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Beat at high speed till stiff peaks form about 8-10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Do not cover cake after frosting. Just like regular boiled frosting.
