Ingredients

  • 2 large
    egg whites, unbeaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    rolling boiling water

How to Make Beat 'n Eat Frosting

Step-by-Step

  1. In you small mixer bowl combine all ingredients.
    Beat at high speed till stiff peaks form about 8-10 minutes.
    Do not cover cake after frosting. Just like regular boiled frosting.
