- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup rolling boiling water

Step 1In you small mixer bowl combine all ingredients.

Step 2Beat at high speed till stiff peaks form about 8-10 minutes.
