egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
cream of tartar
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
rolling boiling water

How to Make Beat 'n Eat Frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1In you small mixer bowl combine all ingredients.
    Beat at high speed till stiff peaks form about 8-10 minutes.
    Do not cover cake after frosting. Just like regular boiled frosting.
