Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 1/2 small sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 ounce salt
- 1 teaspoon parisian shallot herb blend (the spice house)
- 3 ounces broccoli florets, minced
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
How To Make broccoli & cheddar frittata

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Add bacon fat to 8” cast iron skillet set over medium heat.

Step 2Add onions to skillet, brown 2-3 minutes. Add garlic to onions and cook an additional 60 seconds. Add minced broccoli florets to skillet and cook 1 minute. Add salt & Parisian Shallot Herb Blend to onion garlic mixture. Remove from heat.

Step 3Break eggs in a clean bowl, whisk until frothy. Add heavy cream to eggs; whisk an additional 30 seconds.

Step 4Add seasoned onions & garlic, and cheddar cheese to egg mixture; mix well. Pour egg mixture into 8” cast iron skillet

Step 5Bake at 325 for 15-17 minutes or until eggs are set.
