Ingredients
- 1 cup whole flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup water
- pinch to taste, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
- - each, raisins, nuts, dried fuits, etc. to taste
- - optional: vanilla extract
How To Make flax granola

Step 1Mix flaxseeds with water seasoned with cinnamon and other desired spices. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 2Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake at 275 degrees F for 50 minutes, turning several times to dry out.

Step 3Optional: add raisins, nuts and other dried fruits of choice in the last 10 minutes. Cool and put in an airtight container.

Step 4You can serve 1 to 1 1/2 cups granola with either coconut milk or Rice Dream (unsweetened)
