Blue Ribbon? Please try this extremely delicious yet extraordinarily healthy recipe! I had heard of breakfast puddings while living in London and decided to give them a try. This one has taken a while to perfect and is a favorite of all who have tried it. Please give it a go and be prepared for an aromatic, creamy-smooth, great-tasting, almost-too-good-to-be-so-awesomely-healthy morning energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 2
    large oranges, peeled
  • 3 Tbsp
    flax or almond milk
  • 1/2 c
    raw, unsalted shelled pistachios
  • 1/2 c
    raw, unsalted shelled cashews
  • 1 c
    dates (dried and pitted)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 dash(es)
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    dried lavender flowers

How to Make Aphroditic Orange/Lavender Start-the-Day Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Gather ingredients
  2. Peel the oranges
  3. Carefully measure all ingredients
  4. Blend all ingredients in strong blender (I use a NutraBullet) until pudding is smooth
  5. Divide finished pudding into ramekin dishes or Tupperware containers and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

    Yum!
