Pour over the apples in the pan, then bake for 20-25 minutes at 425° F, until top is evenly & nicely browned. Cut into 8 slices & enjoy warm.
Refrigerate leftovers. Best reheated, but not bad even cold. Easy & quick to grab meal or snack.
Can serve with SCD yogurt made with whole milk, half & half or cream, nut butters, any fruit that is tolerated (blueberries are particularly good), SCD homemade lemon curd (great when eating with blueberries), butter, honey, SCD legal apple or pear sauce, or similar toppings if desired, to up the calories. It is tasty all by itself, though.
