Assembled the night before, if you prep the meats and veggies the night before this pizza should have the household up and looking for this goodie within short time. I know it does it for mine and is ready within 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces peppered bacon
  • 2/3 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 - 14"pizza crust
  • 1 - 10 0z container cream cheese
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, cabots

How To Make breakfast pizza, iris's

  • Step 1
    Assemble ingredients. preheat oven to 400 degrees. cook bacon until crisp set aside. Saute onions and peppers in 1 teaspoon of the reserved drippings until tender drain and set aside
  • Step 2
    In mixing bowl blend eggs and cream cheese together. Spread mixture over pizza crust sprinkle with bacon, onion, and sweet pepper. Top with ham. Bake 15-20 minutes until egg mixture is set. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven, let cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve.
