Ingredients
- 6 ounces peppered bacon
- 2/3 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 - 14"pizza crust
- 1 - 10 0z container cream cheese
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, cabots

Step 1Assemble ingredients. preheat oven to 400 degrees. cook bacon until crisp set aside. Saute onions and peppers in 1 teaspoon of the reserved drippings until tender drain and set aside

Step 2In mixing bowl blend eggs and cream cheese together. Spread mixture over pizza crust sprinkle with bacon, onion, and sweet pepper. Top with ham. Bake 15-20 minutes until egg mixture is set. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.

Step 3Remove from oven, let cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve.
