Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising corn meal
- 2 tablespoons self rising flour
- 1 can (15 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
How To Make sour cream cornbread

Step 1In a large bowl, mix corn meal and flour. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 2Pour mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

Step 3Cut into squares to serve. Delicious with butter or covered with creamed chicken, roast beef and gravy, or sliced turkey and gravy.
