2 Tbspself rising flour
1 can(s)(15 oz.) cream-style corn
1 csour cream
1/4 ccorn oil
2 Tbspchopped pimentos
1 tspdried minced onion
How to Make SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD
- In a large bowl, mix corn meal and flour. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve. Delicious with butter or covered with creamed chicken, roast beef and gravy, or sliced turkey and gravy.
