Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 2 packages yeast
- 2 cups water, warm
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 - egg
How To Make yeast white bread rolls

Step 1In a large bowl mix 1 cup flour and all the rest of the ingredients. Stir in the remainder of the flour. Cover and allow to rest about 4 hours.

Step 2Push down and kneed for a few minutes to form into loaves. Cover and allow to rise a second time, about 2 hours.

Step 3Form into 24 rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Butter top and allow to cool on wire racks.
