- 1/2 cup oat pulp from making the oat milk
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon quinoa, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix everything together and put in a greased and floured 9 inch loaf pan. It makes a big loaf. Bake for 1- 1 1/4 hours until done.
