soda bread - albanian style
This lovely soda bread is firm and dense. Even though it smells amazing when baking, this bread has no sugar. It will still have you drooling in no time.

Ingredients
- 3 5/8 cups flour
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- olive oil
How To Make soda bread - albanian style

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl add the flour, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the middle and add the yogurt. Gently combine until a dough forms.

Step 2Put some flour on your work surface and kneed the dough. Adding extra flour if necessary. The dough is ready when it is only slightly sticky.

Step 3Add a little oil to your baking pan and place the flatten dough ball on top; then cover the entire dough ball with olive oil.

Step 4Place the pan on the bottom shelf of a pre heated oven. Bake the bread for 35 - 40 minutes, until golden and firm to touch.

Step 5Place the bread on a rack to cool. When ready to serve cut into 8 wedges.
