Moist Zucchini Bread
2 tsplime peel, grated
2 czucchini, grated
1 cvegetable oil
2 1/2 tspvanilla extract
1 tspbaking soda
1 cwalnuts, chopped
How to Make Moist Zucchini Bread
- With a spoon, beat eggs and sugar together.
Add all ingredients, except zucchini and nuts. Mix well.
- Now, stir in grated zucchini and chopped nuts.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
(makes 6 cups of batter, to divide)
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean when tested for being done.
