Ingredients
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups flour
- 2 large eggs
How To Make honey rolls

Step 1Stir the butter and honey into the hot scalded milk and stir until the butter melts, cool until only lukewarm.

Step 2Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add to the cooled milk mixture along with the salt and 2 cups of the flour.

Step 3Blend in the eggs and the rest of the flour to make a soft dough.

Step 4Knead lightly until smooth.

Step 5Place in a buttered bowl, cover , and let rise until double.

Step 6Shape into rolls and place in a buttered 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise again.

Step 7Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until tops are golden.
