Still doing the diet thing. since Breads are allowed I thought it would be even better with some healthy things in it. This is what I came up with.

bananas, mashed
1/2 c
1/2 c
1 c
any healthy oil (i used grapeseed oil)
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
almond extract
3/4 c
oats, quick cooking
3 c
flour (i used spelt)
2 tsp
baking podwer
1 tsp
1/2 c
sunflower seeds
1/2 c
pumpkin seeds
1/4 c
sesame seeds
1/4 c
granulated bee pollen

How to Make Healthy Seeded Banana bread


  • 1preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray and flour 2 loaf pans and set aside
  • 2In a large bowl Mash bananas. Add oil, honey, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. beat well. combine all the dry ingredients together (Minus seeds) and mix well. fold in seeds.
  • 3divide between the two pans and bake 45-50 minutes until done.
  • 4Healthier french toast.

    2 slices banana seeded bread.
    1 egg
    1 tsp water or milk

    Make as you would french toast except use a no stick pan and either lightly spray or do what I do just cook without spray.

    I lightly butter it and use no syrup.
