Ingredients

3 largebananas, mashed

1/2 csugar

1/2 choney
-
1 cany healthy oil (i used grapeseed oil)

2 tspvanilla extract

1 tspalmond extract

3/4 coats, quick cooking

3 cflour (i used spelt)

2 tspbaking podwer
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 csunflower seeds
-
1/2 cpumpkin seeds
-
1/4 csesame seeds
-
1/4 cgranulated bee pollen
How to Make Healthy Seeded Banana bread
- preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray and flour 2 loaf pans and set aside
- In a large bowl Mash bananas. Add oil, honey, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. beat well. combine all the dry ingredients together (Minus seeds) and mix well. fold in seeds.
- divide between the two pans and bake 45-50 minutes until done.
- Healthier french toast.
2 slices banana seeded bread.
1 egg
1 tsp water or milk

Make as you would french toast except use a no stick pan and either lightly spray or do what I do just cook without spray.
I lightly butter it and use no syrup.
