healthy seeded banana bread
Still doing the diet thing. since Breads are allowed I thought it would be even better with some healthy things in it. This is what I came up with. would make great toast Bonus recipe healthier french toast below

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup any healthy oil (i used grapeseed oil)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 cup oats, quick cooking
- 3 cups flour (i used spelt)
- 2 teaspoons baking podwer
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup granulated bee pollen
How To Make healthy seeded banana bread

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray and flour 2 loaf pans and set aside

Step 2In a large bowl Mash bananas. Add oil, honey, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. beat well. combine all the dry ingredients together (Minus seeds) and mix well. fold in seeds.

Step 3divide between the two pans and bake 45-50 minutes until done.

Step 4Healthier french toast. 2 slices banana seeded bread. 1 egg 1 tsp water or milk Pam Make as you would french toast except use a no stick pan and either lightly spray or do what I do just cook without spray. I lightly butter it and use no syrup.
