How to Make Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
- Put the flax meal in a tea cup with 3 Tbsp. water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a ceramic or plastic bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir well. Your mix should have the consistency of a batter, not a dough. Don’t panic! This is exactly how it should be.
- Spread the mix into a stoneware baking pan. (I’m assuming this would also work on a greased metal baking sheet, but I haven’t tested that. Let me know if you try it and how it works out.)
- Add your sauce and toppings. Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes.
