fabulous & simple irish soda bread
This Irish Soda Bread is the best-tasting I've ever eaten, very authentic - and tasty when spread with butter! It was given to a friend of mine at church who received it from a priest upon request. The bread is a fooler, as it looks light but is nicely dense and quite filling, so huge slices of it are not needed to quash one's hunger.
