Ingredients
- 1 large baguette or any crusty bread, evenly sliced to 1/2-inch thick
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, or as needed
How To Make crostini

Step 1Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with foil; set aside.

Step 2Slice the baguette diagonally with a serrated knife. Brush on olive oil.

Step 3Place them on the prepared baking sheet and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake them until nicely browned, about 10 to 15 minutes, making sure not to burn the bread.

Step 4Halfway through cooking though, rotate the baking sheet and continue baking for the remaining time.
