Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 ounce grated co-jack cheese
- 1 ounce pesto with basil
How To Make cheesy pesto toast

Step 1In a toaster oven, sprinkle some shredded cheese on a slice of bread. I love sourdough but you can use any kind. -
Step 2When it's toasted, spread some Pesto with Basil on top.

Step 3Variations on a theme: Put a couple slices of turkey lunch meat on before the cheese. Or some Brachuto with Italian cream cheese. This would go great with soup, too!!
