How To Make keto "english muffin" in a cup

Step 1In a microwave safe cup, beat the egg well with the butter ( I used clarified) but you can also use coconut oil or olive oil.

Step 2add in the almond flour, baking powder & salt, combine well.

Step 3microwave on high for 2 mins.

Step 4turn over on plate, should come out easily, if not, gently help it with a knife, let cool a few minutes, then slice in half and toast.
