Ingredients

  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • - salt

How To Make keto "english muffin" in a cup

  • Step 1
    In a microwave safe cup, beat the egg well with the butter ( I used clarified) but you can also use coconut oil or olive oil.
  • Step 2
    add in the almond flour, baking powder & salt, combine well.
  • Step 3
    microwave on high for 2 mins.
  • Step 4
    turn over on plate, should come out easily, if not, gently help it with a knife, let cool a few minutes, then slice in half and toast.
