Strawberry-Rhubarb Almond Poppy Seed Rolls

This came about as a result of an accident. I was following a recipe for a rhubarb roll, but I didn't like the consistency of the dough, so I made a poppy seed dough in the food processor instead. I thought the orange zest would work well with the fruit--it was PERFECT!

This was soooooo good! I took it to my hubby's office with some whipped cream to serve while it was still piping hot. It was gone in less than 10 minutes.

Sometimes good things do come about quite by accident. I hope you love this as much as we did.
