Ingredients For shahi sprouts!!

1 cmung bean sprouts

1 lgonion chopped
-
2 mdtomato chopped
-
2 smgreen chillies
-
2 pinchturmeric powder
-
1/2 Tbspchilli powder

salt to taste

1/4 tspblack pepper powder

1 tspdry mango powder (optional ) or add chaat masala

1/4 bunchcoriander
-
1 ozgaram masala ( mixture of spices)

1/2 tspginger nd garlic paste
How To Make shahi sprouts!!

1take a pressure cooker ....and add oil,green chillies .onion and fry ...until the onion becomes brown ... then add tomato ,ginger garlic paste and fry it till the tomato is cooked..

2then add sprouts....add all dry spices ...and cook for 5mins
