Ingredients

  • 1 cup mung bean sprouts
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 medium tomato chopped
  • 2 small green chillies
  • 2 pinches turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  • - salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder (optional ) or add chaat masala
  • 1/4 bunch coriander
  • 1 ounce garam masala ( mixture of spices)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger nd garlic paste

How To Make shahi sprouts!!

  • Step 1
    take a pressure cooker ....and add oil,green chillies .onion and fry ...until the onion becomes brown ... then add tomato ,ginger garlic paste and fry it till the tomato is cooked..
  • Step 2
    then add sprouts....add all dry spices ...and cook for 5mins
