Ingredients

1 c
mung bean sprouts
1 large
onion chopped
2 medium
tomato chopped
2 small
green chillies
2 pinch
turmeric powder
1/2 Tbsp
chilli powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp
black pepper powder
1 tsp
dry mango powder (optional ) or add chaat masala
1/4 bunch
coriander
1 oz
garam masala ( mixture of spices)
1/2 tsp
ginger nd garlic paste

How to Make Shahi Sprouts!!

Step-by-Step

  • 1take a pressure cooker ....and add oil,green chillies .onion and fry ...until the onion becomes brown ... then add tomato ,ginger garlic paste and fry it till the tomato is cooked..
  • 2then add sprouts....add all dry spices ...and cook for 5mins
