Ingredients
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 medium tomato chopped
- 2 small green chillies
- 2 pinches turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
- - salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder (optional ) or add chaat masala
- 1/4 bunch coriander
- 1 ounce garam masala ( mixture of spices)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger nd garlic paste
How To Make shahi sprouts!!

Step 1take a pressure cooker ....and add oil,green chillies .onion and fry ...until the onion becomes brown ... then add tomato ,ginger garlic paste and fry it till the tomato is cooked..

Step 2then add sprouts....add all dry spices ...and cook for 5mins
