Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    warm water
  • 1 large
    egg lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 2/3 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    dry milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    jalapeno pepper diced fine
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    active dry yeast
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened dried cranberries

How to Make Fireman Bob's Spicy Cinnamon Cranberry Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Place warm water, yeast and sugar in small bowl, set aside

    Add Flour, egg, butter, powdered milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, jalapeno pepper.

    Mix the " DRY " ingredients together with the " WET " and form a " Loaf(s) "
  2. After the first rise, add the cranberries

    Place in Bread Pan(s)

    Allow to rise for a second time and then place in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes

    When done, remove to wire rack and let cool.

    Enjoy!
