How to Make Sweet, Moist, Buttery Corn Bread
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8x8 square pan. (Oster Oven: 350 degrees for 18.5 minutes)
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add egg, milk, and oil until just blended.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Do not over bake. Oster instructions above.
