How to Make Simple Hummus
- 1In food processor put garlic and process until chopped fine. Add rest of ingredients including 2 - 3 tablespoons (or more if needed) of the chick pea liquid and process until smooth. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!

- 3The original recipe calls for olive oil, but another oil can be substituted, or the oil can be eliminated completely. Dried parsley can be substituted for the fresh if necessary.
