The neighborhood girls are growing and hungry. To get them into a healthy habit without bankrupting us, I used this recipe. All it needs are goood chips.

Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzos, with (1/2 the juice)
- 1 clove large, of garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh(or 1/2 fresh lemon to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts (roasted @350 x 10 min.)
How To Make hummus-easy/fast

Step 1Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth.

Step 2Top with roasted pinenuts and/or fresh tomatoes, cut up finely.

Step 3Serve with fresh veggies or roasted chips. Pita or black bean chips are great with this.
