The lemon in the chicken salad with the lime in the salsa together are WOW! It is very juicy. You can drain it but if you cook the juice down, you will lose the nutrition

- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- salt
- lime juice

How To Make annie’s alfresco salsa

Step 1Peel and Pulse one medium onion in food processor

Step 2Cut off cilantro stems and add the leaves of one bunch to food processor. Pulse until small

Step 3Core and quarter tomatoes and pulse in food processor until preferred texture

Step 4Add salt and lime juice to taste

Step 5IF you want it hot, and everyone else does too, then add your preferred peppers last. If everyone doesn’t like it hot, separate a portion of it for those who do

Step 6You can make fresh chips by cutting corn tortillas into triangles and frying them
