Ingredients

  • - 1 small can anchovies
  • - 1 can tuna
  • - 2 large garlic cloves
  • - olive oil, extra virgin
  • - 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • - 1/4 tsp fresh, fine lemon zest
  • - 24 collosal green olives, pitted

How To Make stuffed olives

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients except for the olives into a blender, blend on low speed until it resembles a smooth paste. If necessary slowly add olive oil to achieve a smooth paste.
  • Step 2
    Fill the olives with the tuna mixture and chill until ready to serve.
