Recipe by

I learned this super delicious, simple and heart healthy guacamole recipe from my loving mother in law in which I added just slightly to. This recipe never fails to please our family and even extended family has latched onto the recipe due to the smokiness of the bacon and the brightness of the fresh lemon! It is my only and favorite guac recipe I use and eat! Tip: I usually use sea salt instead of table salt.

How To Make rae's fresh guacamole

Cut and halve Avacados. Remove pit by pushing knife blade, horizontally, down into pit careful not to break pit and gently yet firmly twist and lift. Mash with hand held masher or use food processor .

Add chopped onions, salt, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, bacon bits and lemon juice . Mix well. Do NOT add all lemon juice at once. Add a little at a time to be sure you do not over add lemon juice. You do not want runny Guacamole. You can even process in food processor to make it smoother instead of chunky.
