1tahini is a sesame seed paste and is available in supermarkets, health food stores, and Middle Eastern & Asian specialty shops.
2Combine all ingredients in an electric food processor or blender and process until smooth, adding a few drops of water if necessary. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley and serve with crackers or pita bread.
3Serves about 6-8 people. If you have a large group double the recipe.
